We create events for small gatherings of 10 to large extravaganzas of 2,000. We provide a targeted and efficient approach to your business and call upon our extensive network of designers, producers, technical engineers, production managers, coordinators, and communication specialists. We staff up as needed and stay within budget.


In our new virtual events reality brought on by COVID, EventLink has pivoted and is fully up to speed with greenscreen events, streaming and virtual gatherings.

Elise Reaves

Owner & Founder

EventLink Global was founded by Elise Reaves, who has over 25 years of experience and a comprehensive understanding of event planning and implementation, working globally since she began her career.


Her versatility has been an asset to her clients as she is able to draw upon her experience as a producer, event director, tour manger, stage manager, and strategic planner.  She's a logistic guru.


Her client list includes several of the top major pharmecutical companies, multiple Fortune 100 companies, including major entertainment companies.
